We work directly and exclusively with Frigorifico Gorina, a top meat supplier from Argentina which is a leading company in the Argentine meat industry. We work under the concept of quality assurance; our cattle are pasture raised and grain fed with no hormones or antibiotics. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
- Go to “SHOP” in our website and select any product that you like. For some of the items you might need to select desired weight and quantity.
- Once you are done with stuffing your shopping cart, you are ready to proceed to checkout where you will be asked to add your delivery information and payment method.
- Shipping rates are calculated at the end prior to paying. If you have a discount code, be sure to add it before paying.

Due to the perishable nature of the product, we cannot accept returned merchandise.
We will not issue a refund to anyone’s credit card who refuses a delivery or in any way attempts to return a shipment.
Please check all addresses carefully. Damage due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses voids our guarantee so please be sure to double-check addresses.
You may cancel an order with advance notice We will do our best to honor your request, but if the order has already begun the shipping process, we cannot change or cancel it.
WHAT DOES IT MEAN WHEN A PRODUCT SAYS "SOLD OUT"?
We receive monthly loads. If an item appears to be “OUT OF STOCK” you can still order it and we will deliver as soon as it becomes available.
HOW DO I DEFROST MY MEAT?
The best way to defrost your meat is in the refrigerator. It's best to plan ahead for slow, safe thawing in the refrigerator. Ground beef, stew meat, and steaks may defrost within 12 -16 hours. Once the raw beef defrosts, it will be safe in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days before cooking. During this time, if you decide not to use the beef, you can safely refreeze it without cooking it first.
